For normal packages: 120% x (Streamyx monthly fee) = Your rebate
For combo packages: 120% x (Streamyx combo monthly fee - RM25) = Your rebate

After that, please provide a photostat copy of your I.C., you may snap a photo of it but do make sure it is clear, then submit the photo to broadband[at]yongkailoon.com. For this GradPack promo package, you are also required to send to me a copy of your Student ID Card that is still valid. You will receive an e-mail as an acknowledgement once I have submitted your application to TMNET.
